Ho Hum RV Park

This morning around 9:00 we were at Chappell Tire Service having new tires put on the camper.  By 10:30, they had us on the road to our next destination.  These people were wonderful.  The owner told us most of his guys had been with him for 15 years.  That says a lot for him.  He had about 8 to 10 bays and the last two were big enough for campers and semi trucks.  We would definitely go back to him, if possible.
We are now in Carrabelle, Florida right on the beach.  We are in an RV park called Ho Hum which is located just off Highway 98.  The Gulf Coast is on one side of us and Highway 98 on the other.  It's a very nice park.  Unfortunately, since we got a late start, we had to finish setting up by flashlight.  It is pretty level here though so it didn't take much to get set up. Tomorrow, we can explore the area.  Tonight, we were tired from driving all day and just took our showers and had popcorn for dinner.

This is where we are staying.  This isn't our camper in the picture.  We will be here for at least two nights.  So we will get to do a little exploring.  We will probably drive Highway 98 on down the coast for the rest of the week and stay in parks here and there.  It is so nice to see the water at last.  We will let you know how it is staying in this park.  So far, for the three hours we have been here, we like it.  We have free Wi-Fi and free cable tv.  So far, since leaving home, we haven't had to use our personal data.  I realize we are safer using our personal data, though.  These are senior campers so I'm going to trust we'll be okay.  Most campers are pretty nice people.
Well, it's 10:30 here and I'm getting tired so you know what that means . . . .
  Night Night
