OK Corral

Laundry day again.  So we walked while our clothes were washing.  Then we went to visit Ann one more time before heading out tomorrow.  Today the three of us went on an adventure.  We went to the OK Corral Gun Club for lunch.  It was quite an experience.  It's way back off the beaten path (as is most everything we do and everywhere we go).  It was set up like Dodge City and the OK Corral on the outside setup for people to do target practice.  There was a huge building with a dining room for entertaining which was beautiful with lots of huge crystal chandeliers and a pretty neat looking buffalo head hanging over a huge fireplace.  We ate outside on a patio.  Ann and I had a quesadilla with pulled pork with lots and lots of cheese.  It was huge.  We both brought half of each home.  There was quacomole sauce and salsa.  Mike had a foot long hotdog with grilled onions and peppers.  The food was great and service great also. They only do lunch from 11 til 4.  We would definitely return. There was guns shooting all around us though you couldn't see them just hear them.  You could join and do all kinds of skeet shooting or whatever kinds of shooting.  Pretty interesting.
We then did a little shoe shopping for me.  I needed some new flipflops.  Found them.  Now I'm ready for anything.
Now for the macabre.  Last night, as you know was a full moon.  Mike went to sleep really quick but I couldn't for some reason.  I read for a while but just couldn't fall off to sleep.  Then all of a sudden there was the weirdest sound outside our camper.  Could have been a werewolf by the sound of it.  Yep.  I was afraid to even look outside to see what was out there.  Anywho, it's late and we're heading to the west coast tomorrow.  YAY!  Don't think there will be werewolves there or even bears and alligators.  Right now, all I want to do is chill but first I'll share one of my all time favorite cartoons from my favorite cartoonist - Gary Larson.
