Look what we found on our walk today.
Yesterday, we scared a snake on our walk but he left too quick to get a picture. As I walked a little closer to this alligator, he jumped into the water. But it was so cool to finally see one. We've been watching for them every day on our nature walk. We also walked up on a homeless person's camp. We saw this alligator as we were walking back from a farmer's market. They have very nice farmer's markets everywhere here with the prettiest fruits and vegetables you ever saw. You don't find them like this in grocery stores. They may be a little higher but you're support the local farmers.
Now see if you can guess what this is. We took a picture of it at our camp site.
Text me if you know what this is. It was so pretty.
They have the most beautiful plants and birds here. I just love them.
We've already gone on two walks today then Mike made our lunch. He's getting good at preparing meals. I now have my own chef. I love it. I've been putting clothes in storage. I have found that I'm wearing the same ones every week. I wear them, I launder them, I put them back on. Why did I bring all these clothes? I wanted to have choices but it's useless. I brought several jackets but wound up wearing two of them. I have lots and lots of shirts that I brought but I'm only wearing the same ones over and over. I brought several pairs of tennis shoes but have worn three pairs plus I bought some new flip flops. Way too much clothes. Next time I'll know what to bring. I'm going to come home a lot smarter about packing an rv than when I left home. This afternoon, we're just hanging around the homefront. It's nice once in a while to stay here instead of driving somewhere all day. So. . . . .
