Today, we drove over to Malorie and Ben's. They fixed our lunch. It was wonderful. We had a great visit. Tonight is her last night to work until after the baby comes. Yay! We're looking forward to seeing the little guy.
Today, we met an 89 year old man from Missouri. His birthday was yesterday. He was so interesting to listen to. He said he and his wife were going to have to give up travelling in their motorhome because they were both having a hard time walking. That was sad. We're just getting started and he's having to stop. He had retired when he was 60 and has never regretted it. He gave us some pointers (as most people who've been doing this for that many years do) and we always appreciate the pointers. He recommended a couple rv parks for us to visit on the coast.
We walked our park today. Nice! There are several places here for sale if you're looking. Tonight, we're supposed to get rain here and maybe tomorrow. We had thought about driving downtown Dade City (a pretty good size town) and just walking the sidewalks to see what there was to see. May have to change our plans. We could stay in our jammies all day but would probably go stir crazy.
Hey, biker friends, according to the lady who lives behind us, you're going to love Sturgis. She's been for the past 11 years. She's from Wisconsin.
We'll be around this area awhile and in this park for a week, maybe more. For all you campers, highway 54 through Zephyrhills absolutely covered up with rv parks. This park we're in is called Many Mansions. It's very nice. There are several streets in here with rv's and permanent dwellings. It's true that people you meet while camping are very nice. We've met both people on either side of us and the woman behind us--not to mention those we meet while walking. Everyone has been so friendly.
Blue Bloods is on here so I believe, we will settle in for the night. We just ate our dinner and ready for chillin' out.
