Mobile Alabama

Yesterday, we left a day early because there was rain in the forecast for Mobile today.  Man, were they right!  We were able to drive in great weather and by 2:30 we were in mobile and set up in Chickasabogue Park.  It's off the beaten path but beautiful.  We haven't explored more than our campsite yet, but we will.  It's a huge park with lots to do.  They have RV camping, tent camping, and trails for hiking.  There may be fishing here too, but I'll have to let you know that when we go exploring.

Last night, we had dinner at Foosackly which specializes in chicken fingers.  We both had a salad with chicken strips.  It was wonderful.  If you ever eat a salad at Foosackly, you have to try the Foo dressing (similar to Thousand Island) which Mike ate and the Kung Foo dressing (kind of sweet/sour) which I had.  Mine was very spicy.  It was awesome.  We both said we would eat there again.  They do a lot of catering and the only chicken they serve is chicken strips.  They had several sides.  Check it out if ever in Mobile, Alabama.  The price was good too.  We both ate for $13.28.
