First things first. We got up and we went to church. Pastor David had a great message. He asked us four questions:
Isaiah 43:18-19
1. What one thing do I want from God? Psalm 27:4
What am I seeking?
2. What one thing do I need? Mark 10:21-22
What is something that Jesus wants me to do?
3. What one thing do I need to let go of? Philippians 3:13-14
4. What one promise do I need to receive today? Psalm 56:9-11
God doesn't look at the outer appearance, He looks at the heart.
If God is for us who can be against us?
Today God is going to give me a promise that will sustain me.
We need to think on these things this week. Mike and I both want to draw closer to God.
Of course, after church, we worked at preparing the camper for the road and even did some last minute shopping for needed items.
Well, that's about all I have to say for today. This is the Lord's day. We give Him the Glory. Nothing is more important than our relationship with Christ. Thank you, Lord, for the message you laid on our hearts this morning and the messages you laid on our children's hearts at their churches.
Yours truly, Melanna
